Wisdom From Mt.Shasta

I was being as still as I could in my deep yogic squat when I heard my son start to fuss. The untrue idea crossed my mind: if I'm still, he will not wake. I was crossing my metaphoric fingers that I could get just a little bit of yoga in before he fully woke up. In that moment of slight frustration, I felt a wave of comfort, peace, and compassion start to run through me. I got curious and asked, "Who or what is this energy?" The response I got was "Shasta."
Into that response, I asked, "The mountain?" And yes, in fact, it was the mountain, Mount Shasta. I have never been to Mount Shasta, but it's definitely on my bucket list to manifest. Shasta is known as a spiritual vortex with high vibrational energy, especially Lumerian frequencies. As anyone who's received distance work from me or any other healer knows, you do not have to be in the exact same physical space to receive healing.
So it's no surprise to me that I can receive healing from Mount Shasta in my living room while doing yoga. In fact, it makes perfect sense that what I need in the moment is just another wonderful reflection of how we're multi-dimensional, multifaceted superhuman beings.
This is one thing that I really love about healing work: I get to be this wonderful transmitter of multi-dimensional energy, helping connect you to spirit beings like Shasta, ascended masters, angels, and guides. It's helpful in healing frequencies that would serve you best in the moment—just as I needed compassion in that moment of mild frustration.
Anyway, I'm getting a little bit off track here. The energy began to flow in, and my son ultimately did go back to sleep. I started to flow with the energy of the mountain through my body and my practice. Whenever energy comes in, I always like to ask, as I am a transmitter for energy reaching out into the world, "Is this meant to be shared?" The answer was yes, so I began to integrate the codes and the energy that wanted to be shared. I asked what the message was, and not only did some lovely, poetic words come through, but the imagery of someone laying their burdens at the foot of the mountain and looking up toward the peak and the sky emerged. It was a moment of surrender—of burden, worry, and frustration—saying, "Take this. Take what is too heavy for me to carry alone," allowing spirit, God, and the universe to work their abundant miracles in our lives.
As you read this and integrate these words and light codes above, I would like you to simply open your heart to receive. If you can, visualize yourself at the foot of a mountain and start to release what burdens you. Speak to the mountain as you would a friend, letting go of all the hurt, pain, and suffering—whatever needs to be released, no matter how big or small. Let it all go. After this healing and integration, you can work with the mantra "I am the mountain." With curiosity, use that mantra throughout the day and see how it makes you feel, as it will affect everyone differently.
Peace and blessings; this transmission is complete.
Please enjoy these light codes. I'm starting to open up my bookings in November for 20-minute light language and healing sessions. If you're interested in seeing what energy wants to connect with you for healing in this moment, let me know or check out my offerings under the "services" tab above!
